Texas Mortgage Plan is powered by Legacy Mortgage (collectively, “TMP,” “Legacy,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” as applicable) values the privacy of our visitors, users, customers, applicants, and partners. TMP / Legacy respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you as part of the mortgage application process or that you provide when visiting our website, including https://texasmortgageplan.com (the “website”), related mobile application and all other related products and services offered by TMP/Legacy (individually and collectively), our practices for collecting, using, protecting and disclosing that information and the choices you have associated with that information.
This Privacy Policy applies to information we obtain from you when you are online, visiting or using one of the Legacy platforms or any other product or services. This Privacy Policy provides you with the information about what Personal Information we collect, the purpose for which we collect it, what we disclose to whome and your rights limiting its use, etc.
TMP/Legacy does not sell, rent, or loan Personal Information of its visitors, users, customers, applicants, and partners.

The Website and Legacy platforms provide many different services and information to you, our visitors, users, customers, applicants, and partners. Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Information from Other Sources
If you are a customer, or you otherwise use or purchase our services, we receive and store information you enter on the sites, or that you give us in-person, via telephone, email, or otherwise. When you interact with TMP/Legacy account on or through a social media platform such as Zillow, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, or YouTube, we collect the personal information that you make available to us on that social media page our account, including your user ID and/or username, and any information you have made publice in connection with that social media service. These platforms have their own privacy policies and TMP/Legacy will only collect and store such personal information tha twe are permitted to collect by these social media platforms.
Automatically Collected Information
Some information is automatically received and sometimes collected from you when you visit or use the website or Legacy platforms. THe following lists the most common information that is automatically received or collected: the name of the domain and host from which you access the internet, including the IP address of the device you are using and/or the IP address of your internet service provider (ISP); the MAC address of devices used to interact with the website or Legacy platforms; your browser software, operating system and browser language, and information abouty our location and mobile device, including a unique identifier for the mobile device; the date and time you access the website, the length of your stay and the specifica pages that you access while visiting the website; geolocation data;
We use this information to monitor the usage of the website, assess performance, and ensure technological campatability with your deivce and understand the relative importance of the information provided on the website. We may also use this data to conduct statistical analyses on visitors’ usage patterns and other aggregated data.

Aggregated, Non-Personal Information
We may share aggregated, non-personal information about you with third parties. This is information that is combined with the non-personal information of other users and does not allow you to be identified or contacted. Depending on the circumstances, we may or may not charge third parties for this aggregated information. We also may not limit the third parties’ use of the aggregated information.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. However, we cannot guaranty that your information is completely secure either within Legacy or on the systems of third- party service providers.
We retain personal data we collect from you when we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (i.e., to provide you with the Services you have requested or to comply with applicable legal requirements). When we no longer have an ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will physically destroy, delete, or anonymize it or, if this is not possible, then we will securely store your personal data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
