Shea Patton brings more than 20 years of mortgage experience and a genuinely rare perspective to every client he serves. As both a licensed mortgage professional and a licensed Texas Realtor, Shea understands the homebuying transaction from every angle — not just the financing, but how the contract, the negotiation, and the closing all fit together. For his clients, that dual knowledge makes a real difference.
Shea’s specialty is helping Texas homeowners understand their options with the Texas 50(a)(6) cash-out loan — a powerful but often misunderstood tool. Rather than simply presenting the option, Shea runs the full picture: what consolidating high-interest debt would actually cost, what it would save, and whether it genuinely makes sense for that family’s financial situation.
